CHAPTER 4 POWER UNIT Fasten the rectifier complete 13 to the cylinder block with the M6 bolt Tightening torque 5 9 N m 0 6 kg m 4 3 Ib ft Fit the starter solenoid 15 to the electric bracket 14 Referring to the figure put the washer 16 mount rubber 17 collar 18 mount rubber 19 washer 16 onto the electric bracket 14 in this order and fasten the assembled electric bracket to the crank case with M6 bolts three Tightening torque 5 9 N m 0 6 kg m 4 3 Ib ft Reinstallation of belt cover Insert the mount rubber 21 into the belt cover 20 in the cylinder block side Insert the mount rubber 22 into the cylinder head cover side of the belt cover Fit the belt cover to the cylinder and cylinder head cover Pipe laying Insert the breather hose coming from the intake manifold into the air silencer Connect the fuel hose coming from the fuel pump to the carburetor Fasten the fuel hose with the clamp attached to the intake manifold 56
