Indicators 5
The indicators light and flash to indicate the printer’s status. The following symbols are used in
this section to explain the meaning of the different indicator colors and patterns.
For details on error causes and solutions, see Indicator Warnings on page 57 or Troubleshooting
on page 60.
The indications shown by the WIRELESS LAN indicator differ in wireless LAN mode and USB
mode. The printer status is indicated by the POWER indicator, DATA indicator and STATUS
indicator.
For differences in the communication modes, see WIRELESS LAN indicator on page 56.
