If you have any problems with the printer, first
check to make sure that you have performed
the following tasks correctly.
Install the battery or connect the printer
to an AC or DC power socket (see
Connecting the Printer to External Power
on page 2).
Print the printer settings to check that
the printing operation can be performed
(see Printing a Printer Report
on page 59).
Enabled communication between the
printer and computer. Re-establish the
connection (see Connecting the Printer
and iOS Device on page 11 or Connecting
the Printer and a Windows
®
Computer
on page 15).
If you still have problems, read the
