ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II BIOS Manual
6.6 Onboard Devices Configuration
The items in this menu allow you to switch between PCIe Lanes and configure onboard
devices. Scroll down to display other BIOS items.
HD Audio Controller
This item allows you to use the Azalia High Definition Audio Controller.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
PCIEX16_1 Bandwidth
[Auto Mode] The PCIe x16 slot runs at x16 mode.
[PCIe RAID Mode] Up to four SSDs installed onto the Hyper M.2 X16 series card
can be detected.
Use PCIe RAID Mode when installing the Hyper M.2 x16 card or other M.2 adapter cards.
Installing other devices when using PCIe RAID Mode may cause your PC to fail to boot
up.
PCIEX16_3 Control
[Auto] If PCIEX16_3 is detected, run X4 mode and disable PCIEX1_1 +
PCIEX1_2 + PCIEX1_3, otherwise enable PCIEX1_1 + PCIEX1_2 +
PCIEX1_3.
[X1 mode] PCIEX16_3 runs X1 mode and enable PCIEX1_1 + PCIEX1_2 +
PCIEX1_3.
[X4 mode] PCIEX16_3 runs X4 mode and disable PCIEX1_1 + PCIEX1_2 +
PCIEX1_3.
M.2_1 Control
[Auto] If M.2_1 is detected, run X4 mode or SATA mode and disable SATA56,
otherwise enable SATA65.
[SATA65] M.2_1 X3 mode and enable SATA65.
