waterproof tape should cover more than 10mm of the heat shrink tubing
on both the start and end sides. The waterproof tape should be
elongated by pulling in 200% before wrapping and apply as per normal
wrapping tape.

Use the waterproof tape to bind that three-wrapped wire core
together. The waterproof tape should be elongated by pulling in 200%
and should cover more than 50mm of the cable rubber coating on both
the start and end sides.

Cover the wrapped cable again with the electrical insulation tape,
which should cover the waterproof tape fully. As shown:
