During a lightning storm, turn the device off and disconnect it from the power

mains.

Do not reset the filter lifecycle counter without actually replacing the high-

efficiency E11 class channel filter. Operating the device with overaged filters

can cause decreased airflow rate, increased fan noise and device failure.

If you plan to switch off (depower) the device for a prolonged period, wait for

a double beep after issuing the switch off command, and only then unplug the

power cord from the power socket. Otherwise, the flap may remain open and

outside air will be able to flow through the device into the room.
