The device is to be mounted

to a wall with a drilled air duct leading to the outside.

The air is drawn into the room through the air duct by a fan (Figure 5.1, item 1). The

air duct is protected by a heat insulating tube (Figure 5.1, item 5), and the downward

slope of the channel (inclined towards the street) prevents rainwater from ingress into

the device. The Tion outflow air grid (Figure 5.1, item 6) is installed on the air duct from

outside.

A high-efficiency channel filter of E11 class

according to Russian state standard

GOST R EN 1822-1-2010 (Figure 5.1, item 4) is installed in the air duct. The air passing

through the filter is cleansed of the finest dust particles as well as allergens, bacteria,

viruses and mold spores.

A flap (Figure 5.1, item 2) is located under the air outlet grid. It protects from air ingress

into the room, if the device is either turned off or operating in the "Standby" mode

(Section 5.3.4).

If necessary, the inlet air can be heated

up by a heater unit (Figure 5.1, item 3).

The device is operated via the control buttons on the device (Figure 5.1, item 7) or via

the Tion Remote mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the application; Section

5.4).

Requirements for the device installation are listed in Section 6.2 and on the mounting template.

Integral filter efficiency value for 0,3 µm particles is at least 95%.

Except in the Tion Breezer Lite Eco variant.
