The operating principle (Fig. 1)
It operates thanks to electromagnetic properties and can be used
with the majority of cooking pans.
The electronic circuit governs the operation of the coil (inductor)
which creates a magnetic field.
Heat is transmitted from the pan to the food contained within.
Induction cooking has the following characteristics.
- Minimal dispersion (high performance)
- Removing (or lifting) the pan from the hob automatically stops
the cooking zone.
- The electronic system permits flexibility and precision control.

Installation
All operations relating to installation (electrical connection) must
be carried out by qualified personnel in line with current
regulations.
See the part reserved for fitters for specific instructions.
Switching the Touch Control on/off
After mains voltage is applied, the touch control initialises for
approximately one second before it is ready for use.
All displays and LEDs flash for approximately one second after
resetting. Once this period is complete, all displays and LEDs
switch off and the touch control is in standby mode.
Press the ON/OFF (1) button to switch the touch control on for 1
second.
The Sliding Control Indicator (4) flashes for all cooking zones
while awaiting the selection of the required function. If any
cooking zone "burns" (high temperature), indicator (7) appears
with a flashing "H".
After switching the touch control on, it will remain active for 20
seconds. If neither a cooking zone nor the timer function is
selected, the Touch control automatically returns to standby mode.
The touch control is only turned on by pressing the power button.
If the power button is pressed at the same time as other buttons,
no action is taken, and the touch control remains in stand-by
mode.
The touch control can be switched off at any time using the power
button. This is even the case when the control has been locked
by the child safety feature.
The power button always takes priority in the switching off
function.
Automatic off
Once switched on, the touch control automatically switches off
after 20 seconds of inactivity.
Switching a cooking zone on/off
Place the pan on the appropriate cooking zone. If the pan is not in
place, the system will not activate the corresponding zone and the
following symbol is shown in the corresponding display, (7).
When the Touch Control is turned on, any of the cooking zones
can be activated by pressing on the corresponding slide control,
(3). By pressing and sliding the finger across the slide control, (3),
it is possible to select a setting level in the range of 0 to 9. The
setting level is shown in the corresponding display, (7).
To switch off the cooking zone, just select setting level 0 by
pressing the corresponding sliding control. If the residual heat of
the cooking zone is high, the corresponding display, (7), shows an
“H”.
Intelligent pan detection
The control automatically detects the presence / absence of a pan
in every cooking zone. If a pan is detected, display (7) of the
corresponding zone will constantly read "0" until the required
power level is selected. If no pan is detected, display (7) will
remain off and not display anything. If a pan is added / withdrawn,
the control will detect it and will turn on/off the "0" of the
corresponding display (7).

- Intelligente gefäßerkennung die steuerung erkennt automatisch ob kochgefäße auf den einzelnen kochstellen vorhanden sind wenn ein kochgefäß erkannt wird zeigt das display 7 der entsprechenden kochzone so lange eine 0 an bis die gewünschte leistungsstufe ausgewählt wird falls kein gefäß erkannt wird bleibt das display 7 ausgeschaltet wird ein gefäß hinzugefügt weggenommen dann wird dies von der steuerung erkannt und die 0 im display 7 der entsprechenden kochzone wird ein ausgeschaltet 19
- Als doppelte kochzonen können die zonen a d b e oder c f kombiniert werden dies erfolgt durch 20
- Es besteht die möglichkeit dass die 4 links liegenden kochzonen als eine einzige kochzone a b c d mit steuerung durch einen einzigen schieberegler funktionieren 20
- Es sind 3 temperaturstufen verfügbar stufe 1 42 ºc geeignet zum auftauen oder schmelzen z b schokolade einmal die taste 13 drücken stufe 2 70 ºc zum aufwärmen oder warmhalten von speisen zweimal die taste 13 drücken stufe 3 94 ºc zum kochen auf kleiner flamme dreimal die taste 13 drücken diese funktion kann aufgehoben werden indem die taste 13 wiederholt gedrückt wird bis das symbol in der anzeige 14 verschwindet bzw indem eine leistungsstufe mit dem schieberegler 3 ausgewählt wird 20
- Gleichzeitiges drücken auf den schieberegler 3 der beiden gewünschten kochzonen daraufhin erscheint das symbol in der anzeige 9 der gewählten zonen es bleiben nur der schieberegler 3 und das display 7 links in der touch control aktiv 20
- Temperaturfunktionen es sind drei temperaturfunktionen verfügbar die es ermöglichen eine bestimmte temperaturstufe für die gewünscht kochzone auszuwählen diese temperatur wird während der gesamten zeit konstant beibehalten zum aktivieren dieser funktion ist es ausreichend die taste 13 der jeweiligen kochzone zu betätigen die anzeige 14 zeigt das der gewählten temperaturstufe entsprechende symbol an und auf dem display 7 erscheint das folgende symbol 20
- Die gewünschte zeit kann durch die tasten mehr 16 und weniger 15 ausgewählt werden es kann eine zeit von bis zu maximal 1 std 59 min ausgewählt werden zum abschalten der zeitschaltuhr muss der wert 0 0 durch wiederholtes bzw dauerhaftes drücken der taste weniger 15 ausgewählt werden 21
- Die gewünschte zeit kann durch drücken der taste mehr 16 zum erhöhen der zeit oder der taste weniger 15 zum verringern der zeit ausgewählt werden 21
- Nach ablauf der programmierten zeitschaltuhren können die alarmmeldungen der jeweiligen zeitschaltuhr durch drücken der knöpfe 15 oder 16 bzw durch abschalten der einheit durch den knopf 1 bestätigt werden 21
- Sowohl die anzeige 0 0 als auch das akustische signal stoppen sobald entweder irgendeine der tasten 15 16 oder 1 gedrückt wird oder nach ablauf von zwei minuten 21
- Wenn die touch control eingeschaltet und keine kochzone in betrieb ist alle anzeigen 4 blinken kann die unabhängige 21
- Wenn mindestens eine kochzone eingeschaltet ist kann die zeitschaltuhr durch gleichzeitiges drücken der tasten 15 und 16 aktiviert werden das display der zeitschaltuhr 8 zeigt 0 0 an und es leuchtet das symbol der zeitschaltuhr 10 der entsprechenden aktivierten kochzone an das sich am weitesten links befindet ab dann verfügen sie über fünf sekunden um die zeit für die gewünschte kochzone mit den tasten mehr 16 und weniger 15 auszuwählen währenddessen bleiben alle schieberegler 3 weiterhin zur auswahl der leistungsstufen der kochzonen aktiviert um von einer kochzone zugewiesenen zeitschaltuhr zu einer zeitschaltuhr einer anderen kochzone zu wechseln müssen die tasten 15 und 16 gleichzeitig wiederholt betätigt werden bis das symbol der zeitschaltfunktion 10 der gewünschten zone aufleuchtet 21
- Zeitschaltuhr durch gleichzeitiges drücken der tasten 15 und 16 aktiviert werden es schaltet sich dann die anzeige 17 ein wenn hingegen auf einer der zonen die leistungsstufe von 0 abweicht kann die unabhängige zeitschaltuhr durch wiederholtes gleichzeitiges drücken der tasten 15 und 16 bis sich die anzeige 17 einschaltet aktiviert werden 21
