TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunction Possible cause Solution methods
The motor does not start and/
or the screw does not rotate
The unit is not connected
to the mains
Plug the unit
The motor stops during
operation
The unit is overloaded.
Protection has switched
on
Switch the unit off. Unplug the unit from the mains. Let the unit cool
down for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Insert the plug into
the socket. Switch the unit on again. If the meat grinder cannot be
switched on, it may mean that it is damaged. In this case apply to an
authorized service center to repair the meat grinder
The screw stopped rotating
but the motor does not
switch off
The unit is overloaded with
food products
Switch the unit off. Then, no later than after 30 seconds, press and
hold the switch button «REV» (reverse). The screw will start rotating in
the opposite direction and the screw block will be unloaded. Let the
meat grinder operate in this mode for several seconds and then switch
the reverse mode off. Switch the unit on in normal mode.
If the application of the «Reverse» mode did not work, unplug the unit
from the mains and clean it.
The crossed blade is not
installed correctly
Install the crossed blade with the cutting side facing the cutting plate.
The unit vibrates during
operation
The food products are cut
into very large pieces
Cut the products into smaller pieces

the meat grinder body and all removable parts are clean and dry.

Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and
disabled persons.

insignificant differences between the manual and product may

Guarantee
Details regarding guarantee conditions can be obtained from the
dealer from whom the appliance was purchased. The bill of sale
or receipt must be produced when making any claim under the
terms of this guarantee.
