• Do not pull on the power cord to unplug the unit
from the mains, grasp the power plug with your
hand and remove it from the mains.
• Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
• Make sure that the power cord does not come
into contact with hot surfaces or sharp furniture
edges.
• Do not wind the power cord around the unit body.
• Check the power cord insulation integrity from
time to time.
• If the power cord is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, a maintenance ser-
vice or similar qualified personnel to avoid danger.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not dis-
assemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunc-
tion is detected or after it was dropped, unplug
the unit and apply to any authorized service
center from the contact address list given in
the warranty certificate and on the website
www.coolfort.ru.
• Transport the unit in the original package only.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled
persons.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY. ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE
IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low tem-
perature keep it for at least three hours at room
temperature.
ATTENTION! The product is intended as an addi-
tional heating device for the air in indoor spaces
only. This product is not intended as a main heating
device.
• Remove the unit from its factory packaging and
keep the packaging.
• Study the manual and check the delivery set.
• Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case
of damages.
• Make sure that the unit operating voltage corre-
sponds to the voltage of your mains.
• The unit is intended for operation with AC sys-
tem and 50 or 60 Hz frequency. The unit does not
need any additional settings for operating with the
required nominal frequency.
INSTALLATION
Floor installation
• Turn the unit over (fig. 1).
• Attach the support legs to the unit and secure
them with mounting screws (included in the deliv-
ery set) (fig. 2).
• Turn the unit over and put it on the support legs.
Wall mounting
ATTENTION!
– When choosing a location to install the heater
on the wall, follow the recommended distances
from objects (fig. 3); the electrical socket should
be located below the level of the unit and easy
to access.
– Before drilling holes in the wall, make sure there
are no electrical wiring or other communications.
– Do not use floor supports if you are using the wall
bracket for the heater.
• For wall installation, press the bracket against the
wall, making sure that the holes are at a parallel
level, and mark the hole locations (fig. 4).
• Drill holes in the wall with a diameter of 8 mm to
the required depth (fig. 5).
• Insert plastic anchors into the drilled holes, secure
the bracket with screws (fig. 6).
• Carefully insert the lower part of the heater body
into the bracket, secure it to the body for fasten-
ing, ensuring that the heater is securely fixed to
the wall (fig. 7).
CONVECTOR USAGE
• Before switching the unit on, make sure that your
home mains voltage corresponds to the unit oper-
ating voltage.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Switch on the heater by pressing the « » On/Off
button (5) - you will hear a sound signal, the « »
indicator (6) will turn on, and the standby mode
will activate.
• To switch the heater off, press the « » On/Off
button (5) again - you will hear a sound signal, the
« » indicator (6) will turn off, pull the plug from
the mains socket.
Notes:
– While the first switching on the heating element
burns, therefore occurrence of a small amount
of smoke or foreign smell is possible. It is normal.
– Do not open windows and doors when the unit is
operating; otherwise you will not get the desired
results, due to cold air inflow.
SETTING THE CURRENT TIME
AND DAY OF THE WEEK
• While in standby mode, press the « » button (8)
and hold it down for 3 seconds to enter the current
time and day of the week settings.
• The display (9) will show the « » icon - use the
« » and « » buttons (7) to set the day of the
week from «1» to «7»:
«1» - Monday;
«2» - Tuesday;
«3» - Wednesday;
«4» - Thursday;
