8. WARRANTY

The warranty is 24 months from the date of the product sale to the end user. During the whole

warranty period, the manufacturer ensures normal work of the product, and its compliance

with safety requirements if the user observes the rules of storage, transportation, installation,

use and maintenance of the product. The warranty covers all the defects which took place

through the manufacturer's fault.

The warranty does not cover the defects if they occurred:

— because of violation of storage, transportation, installation, use and maintenance

conditions;

— there are signs of exposure of substances which are aggressive to the product

materials;

— there are signs of mechanical damage;

— there are damages caused by fire, natural disasters or other force-major

circumstances;

— there are damages caused by incorrect user's actions;

— there are signs of someone's interference with the structure of the product.

The product described herein is a technically complicated device which must be installed by

a professional who has a relevant qualification and working experience with similar

equipment.

The installation and commissioning must be done by a certified and authorized company.

Profactor Armaturen GmbH reserves the right of making changes to the structure of the

device, which do not influence the device specifications, as well as its functional properties.
