 Step on the scale. Do not lean against anything, stand straight.

LIMITATIONS

 The measuring of fat percentage and other measurements may be unreliable and inexact in the following cases:

 For children younger than 10 years old

 for professional sportsmen and bodybuilders;

 for pregnant women;

 for people with hyperthermia, at dialysis treatment, edema, osteoporosis;

 for people taking cardiovascular pills (with cardio and vascular abnormalities)

 for people taking vasohypotonic and vasohypertonic pills

GETTING STARTED

 Insert type AAA batteries observing polarity into a special compartment at the bottom of the scale. Close the

compartment. The scale is ready to operate.

WEIGHING

 Input your personal data to get a precise measuring body fat percentage and other body measurements

 The scale has a memory for 8 persons data which can be used by your family.

 Connect the Internet using your smartphone(WI-FI, 3G or 4G are recommended)

 Switch on Bluetooth function.

 Download “OKOK International” App in “Google App” or “App Store”

 Install the App on your smartphone, run the application and follow the directions

 Check in in App. Enter your e-mail address to “e-mail” field and your password to “password” field.

 Set up the necessary settings according to following directions

 Choose the measurement system (metric)

 Insert your name, sex, date of birth and height

 Confirm your usual weight diapason

 Press “Measure” button

 Press “Connect” button after your smartphone will find the scale.

 Give a name to the scale

 Step on the scale

 The scale will show your weight on display.

 The results of your measurements and their key will be shown on display.

 These measurements will allow you to monitor your weight and health carefully.
