1. Fix the air motor body in a suitable way and unscrew the air

motor screw (940333) then remove it slowly.

2. Check the upper spring (3) and the spring stop (4) inside the

air motor dolly (1). Replace in case of damage.

3. Dismount the lower o-ring (20) and muffler (19) and pull up

the inverting set until the hole in pump piston (10) gets

visible in the opening where the muffler was dismounted.

Introduce a steel rod (8 mm) in the hole to lock the piston.

4. Use a prepared 17mm wrench (see fig. 9) to disassemble the

inverting set (5).

5. Remove the piston (10) and disassemble the circlip (11), the

washer (12) and the seal (13) (fig. 10). Check the piston for

scratches and replace damaged parts.

6. Assemble the pump following the previous instructions,

reversing each step.

1. Afloje los tornillos 940333 y extraiga la cazoleta tirando

lentamente hacia arriba.

2. Verifique el muelle superior (3) y el tope muelle (4) en la

cazoleta. Sustituya en caso de deterioro.

3. Desmonte la junta tórica inferior (20) y el silenciador (19)

y tire del conjunto inversor hacia arriba hasta que el

agujero en el vástago (10) quede visible en la apertura

donde el silenciador fue quitado. Introduzca una varilla

acerada (8 mm) en el agujero del pistón para bloquear el

mismo.

4. Desenrosque el conjunto inversor (5) con una llave fija de

17 mm preparada (fig. 9).

5. Quite el vástago (10) y desmonte el anillo de seguridad (11),

la arandela (12) y el collarín (13) (fig. 10). Verifique que el

vástago no esté rayado y sustituya piezas deterioradas.

6. Vuelva a montar en orden contrario.
