Note: Before contacting the repair agent or our customer service department, please

check the followings for possible solutions.

1.Switch off the machine and adjust the

pressure between the brush and the

floor. Then, restart the machine.

1.The load of the brush motor is

too strong.(The electricity

current is over 49A)

The brush does not

work and the buzzer

keeps buzzing.

1.Switch off the machine for 2minutes

and restart the machine.

1.The horn, solenoid valve

are overprotective.

The horn does

not sound, the

solenoid valve

does not work.
