The prefilter is located at the front of the device body. It is designed to prevent any large

particles present in the room from entering the device in recirculation mode. The prefilter can

be cleaned dry or wet (e.g. by rinsing under running water). If standard operating conditions

are maintained, the prefilter will last at least as long as the device.

The G4 coarse filter traps large particles such as fluff, hair fibers, soot and coarse dust. It is

designed to prolong the service life of the high-efficiency filter. The G4 filter must be cleaned

every three months. The G4 filter can be cleaned dry or wet (e.g. by rinsing under running

water). After wet cleaning, it is recommended to allow excess moisture to drain off naturally.

It is not recommended to wring out or dry the G4 filter with an airflow, dryer or to accelerate

the drying process in any other way. This can cause filter deformation and reduced filtration

efficiency. The G4 filter must be replaced at least once a year.

The device is designed for a minimum set of filters consisting of a G4 coarse filter and one

high-efficiency filter (EPA E11 or antibacterial HEPA H13). The coarse filter and high-efficiency

filter can only be inserted and removed from the unit together.

The recommended service life of the high-efficiency and adsorption-catalytic filters is 6

months. You can replace the filters earlier or later based on the environmental conditions in

your area.

It is not recommended to change the adsorption-catalytic filters less frequently than once

every 6 months.
