Grounding Instructions

This appliance must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path

of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This appliance is equipped

with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug. The plug must be inserted

into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed.

Be sure your power supply agrees with the nameplate marking.

Only connect to a proper 220-240 volt, 50Hz socket, Minimum fuse protection 13A.

Voltage decrease of more than 10% will cause loss of power and overheating. Manufacturer’s tools

are factory tested; if this tool does not operate, check power supply.

NOTICE: DO NOT operate this tool on D.C. current. Tool damage may occur.

This appliance is for use on a nominal 220-volt circuit and has a grounding

attachment plug that looks like the plug illustrated in Figure A. Make sure

that the appliance is connected to an outlet having the same configuration

as the plug. No adaptor should be used with this appliance.
