How to select a nozzle ?

AIRSPRAY TECHNOLOGY

The selection of the nozzle is essential to correctly set up an Airspray gun. The below table gives the paint speed (in m/s)

at the nozzle according to the owrate (left column) and the nozzle used (top row).

The optimal paint speed corresponds to the green area. Out of this area, the speed is too high, leading to more overspray

and lower transfer efciency.

In some cases, the Restrictor technology is recommended (right column).
