FD 220R

The Grillo FD 220R is extremely manoeuverable and easy to drive! It is controlled via a steering wheel and the rear steering axle ensures an inner turning radius of just 30 cm.

The hydrostatic transmission is controlled by a single pedal for both forward and reverse, back to go back! The pedal is tted with a “damper” to enable smooth operation.

In narrow areas, when manoeuvering or in the presence of obstacles, Grillo FD 220R shows how agile it can be!

FD 220R is also ideal for collecting leaves.

The single blade cutting deck with collection is positioned in front

of the operator; the visibility of the cutting area is perfect.

Driving with hydrostatic transmission and the easy light steering

makes work a pleasure! The turning radius is extremely small and

all the controls within hands reach from the driver’s seat, making the

Grillo FD 220R a mower for everybody.

Two types of petrol engines are available: Vanguard 14 HP and

LC1P92F 12 HP.

Both engines are equipped with electric starter, OHV and cast iron

cylinder liners. Both incorporate the latest technical features to

ensure reliability, keep emissions low, reduce consumption and have

a great performance. The FD 220R exhaust was designed by Grillo

and belongs to the “Super Silent” series with remarkable noise

reduction and minimum exhaust resistance. Speed ranges from 0

to 9 km/h and is continuously adjustable, thus ensuring excellent

performances.
