Operation manual for torque screwdriver

1. Please read this operation manual carefully before using the torque

screwdriver.

2. Do not exceed maximum force indicated on the scale. The torque screwdriver

is only used for manual tightening of threaded fasteners. Do not use this tool

as a nut-breaker or any purpose other than the intended use.

3. The torque screwdriver shall be used for manual tightening of threaded

fasteners only.

Do not use this tool as a nut-breaker or any purposes other than direct ones.

4. Applying excessive force or using defective fasteners can cause unexpected

damage of the screwdriver. Poor tooth engagement in ratchet, tooth wear,

damage, or applying excess force to teeth can lead to slipping or breakdown.

To avoid injuries carry out works on the steady site and always keep balance.

Don`t use the screwdriver in the areas where you can fall down or slip and

close to rotating parts of the equipment.

5. To set the required torque considering the scale turn the control wheel

clockwise or counter-clockwise; to set the required torque look to the scale.

After setting the required torque lock the torque control wheel. The screwdriver

is ready to use.

6. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the screwdriver. Disassembly of the

screwdriver or change of its settings will cause loss of accuracy and will void

its warranty.

7. Sliding T-bar is used to facilitate the user setting higher torque value.
