English
do it, set a maximum speed and leave your power tool
to run idle
Soft start
[OF-2100 V]
Soft start (starting current limitation system) allows for
the soft start of the power tool - the router bit spins
up gradually without jerks and recoils, and when the
power tool is turned on, this does not impose an abrupt
load on the power network
Rotation speed stabilization system
The stabilization system maintains the preset RPM
both at an idle speed and under load This allows for
the smooth advance of the power tool during operation
Recommendations
on the power tool operation
Setting milling depth (see g. 10-14)
The adjustment of the milling depth may
only be carried out when the power tool
is switched off.
[OF-1050 V]
• Install the power tool on the even horizontal surface
• Turn stepped stop 20 so that its lowest step is under
depth gauge 14 (see g. 10.1).
• Release clamping screw 17 (see g. 10.2).
• Move lever 8 up (see g. 10.3) - this will allow the
power tool body to move
• Lower the power tool body so that the router bit
end touches the workpiece surface, and move lever 8
down to x the position of the power tool body (see
g.10.4).
• Move depth gauge 14 so that its end touches the
surface of stepped stop 20 (see g. 11.1). Thus, you
have xed the "zero position".
• In order to set the milling depth, move depth
gauge 14 up with reference to indicator 15 readings on
scale 27, after which tighten locking screw 17 to x the
preset milling depth (see g. 11.2). Now when depth
gauge 14 end touches the lowest step of stepped
stop 20, the preset milling depth will be reached (see
g. 11.3). When necessary, you can reach the desired
milling depth at several passes For this purpose,
rotate stepped stop 20 so that depth gauge 14 end
rests alternately upon higher steps of stepped stop 20
• After the works are nished, move lever 8 up and
smoothly raise the power tool body to the uppermost
position, while holding the power tool with both
handles 3
[OF-2100 V]
• Install the power tool on the even horizontal sur-
face
• Turn stepped stop 20 so that its lowest step is under
depth gauge 14 (see g. 12.1).
• Release clamping screw 17 (see g. 12.2).
• Move lever 8 up (see g. 12.3) - this will allow the
power tool body to move
• Lower the power tool body so that the router bit
end touches the workpiece surface, and move lever 8
down to x the position of the power tool body (see
g.13.1).
• Move depth gauge 14 (rotate the ywheel 16 for
this purpose) so that adjusting screw 19 touches the
surface of the stepped stop 20 lower step If necessary,
release locknut 18 and untwist adjusting screw 19 (so
that its end touches stepped stop 20), and then tighten
locknut 18 (see g. 13.2 and 13.4). Thus, you have
xed the "zero position".
• Move indicator 15 to the "0" mark of depth gauge 14
scale (see g. 13.3).
• In order to set the milling depth, move depth
gauge 14 up with reference to the scale marking, after
which tighten locking screw 17 to x the preset milling
depth (see g. 14.1-14.3). Now when adjusting screw
end 19 touches the lowest step of stepped stop 20,
the preset milling depth will be reached (see g. 14.4).
When necessary, you can reach the desired milling
depth at several passes Rotate stepped stop 20 for
this purpose so that adjusting screw 19 end rests alter-
nately upon the higher steps of stepped stop 20
• A more accurate adjustment of the milling depth can
be made using controller 7
• After the works are nished, move lever 8 up and
smoothly raise the power tool body to the uppermost
position, while holding the power tool with both
handles 3
Milling direction (see g. 15)
Milling should always be performed against
the router bit rotation direction (see g. 15).
Otherwise, the power tool will be subject to
jerks, which may result in the loss of control
over it
General operational recommendations (see g. 16)
• Mark out and x the machinable workpiece.
• Set the desired milling depth as described above
• Turn on the power tool
• Move lever 8 as shown in gure 16 (this will allow
the power tool body to move) Lower the power tool
body slowly and smoothly until the preset milling depth
is reached Fix the body in this position by moving
lever 8 as shown in gure 16.
• Perform the milling operation with a uniform ad-
vance, observing the recommendations concern-
ing the milling direction Hold the power tool with
both hands by both handles 3 Do not apply extra
effort - performing the operation will take some time
Extra effort will not expedite the working process, but
will overload the power tool
• After the milling process is nished, raise the power
tool body to the uppermost position
• Turn the power tool off
Parallel milling
Using the auxiliary guide (see g. 17)
You can x a wood board on the workpiece with the
clamping device and use it as an auxiliary guide Perform
the milling operation by moving the power tool along this
guide and pressing the even side surface of base plate 4
to the side surface of the wood board (see g. 17).
Using the parallel guide (see g. 18)
Parallel guide 26 enables milling along the straight line
side surface of the workpiece
