5-2. Steps to take in an emergency

Follow the correction procedures.

After taking the specified steps to correct the suspected problem,

check that the warning light turns off.

Warning message Details Correction procedure

Indicates that one or

more of the side

doors is not fully

closed.

Make sure that all of the

side doors are closed.

Indicates that the

back door is not fully

closed.

Close the back door.

Indicates that the

parking brake is still

engaged with the

vehicle having

reached a speed of

more than 5 km/h (3

mph).

A buzzer also sounds.

Release the parking

brake.

Gasoline engine

Indicates that remain-

ing fuel is approxi-

mately 7.2 L (1.9 gal.,

1.6 Imp. gal.) or less.

Diesel engine

Indicates that remain-

ing fuel is approxi-

mately 8.2 L (2.2 gal.,

1.8 Imp. gal.) or less.

A buzzer also sounds.

Refuel the vehicle.
