3-2. Destination search
Navigation system
Geo coordinates can be entered in
DMS format (Degrees°, Minutes’,
Seconds”) and Decimal. Only coor-
dinate values that can potentially
exist are able to be entered. Impos-
sible coordinate values and their
relevant screen buttons will be
dimmed.
1 Select “Geo coordinates”.
2 Select “Degrees” or “Decimal”.
3 Enter the latitude and longitude.
4 Select “Calculate”.

If a destination that is not located on a
road is set, the vehicle will be guided
to the point on a road nearest to the
destination.
●
If a destination is set that cannot be
reached, a pop-up will be displayed to
indicate this.
Search for a destination from POI
database in the navigation system.
When the navigation system is con-
nected to the internet, a web search
is available.
1 Display the destination menu

2 Select “POI”.
3 Enter the POI name and select
“Search”.
Select to change the searching

Select to narrow down the POI

Select to display the list of previ-
ous search word. (P. 9 5 )
4 Check that the search results
are displayed. Select the
desired POI.
