the search box to review and download the latest Quick Start Guide.

Set Up Your Device

1. Press and hold the Up button or charge the device to power it on.

2. Use your phone to scan the QR code on the rst page, or search for "Huawei Health" in AppGallery

or on consumer.huawei.com to download the Huawei Health app.

3. Open the Huawei Health app, go to the devices screen, choose the devices you wish to add, and

follow the onscreen instructions to complete pairing.

• To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long

periods.
