productmodification,orfailuretofollowinstructionssuppliedwiththeproduct.

RepairorattemptedrepairbyanyonenotauthorizedbyInFocus.

Damagetoorlossofanyprograms,dataorremovablestoragemedia.

Softwareordatalossoccurringduringrepairorreplacement.

Anydamageoftheproductduetoshipment.

Removalorinstallationoftheproduct.

Causesexternaltotheproduct,suchaselectricpoweructuationsorfailure.

UseofsuppliesorpartsnotmeetinglnFocusspecications.

Normalwearandtear.

FailureofownertoperformperiodicproductmaintenanceasstatedinUserGuide.

Anyothercausewhichdoesnotrelatetoaproductdefect.

Damagecausedbystatic(non-moving}imagesdisplayedforlengthyperiodsof

time(imageburn-in}.

Anythird-partysoftwareincludedwiththeproductorinstalledbythecustomer.

Installationofanyunauthorizedhardware,accessories,consumablepartsor

components.

Damageto,orabuseof,thecoatingonthesurfaceofthedisplaythrough

inappropriatecleaningasdescribedinproductUserGuide.
