whitish, iridescent, brown etc. staining
on the inner surface is normal, not
the result of metal corrosion and
can be easily removed from the
cookware surface with a sponge
dipped in a citric acid solution or
4.5% vinegar solution. Similar stains
or streaks can appear on cookware
after dishwashing, especially if much
detergent has been used. All stains on
the stainless steel cookware surface
are safe for health and do not affect
the quality of the food cooked.
During cooking, the cookware handles
can get very hot, to avoid getting
burned, be careful and use kitchen
mitts.
Do not overheat the cookware, in
case of overheating the cookware
surface changes its color, this is not
a defect and does not affect the
further cookware use and the quality
of the food cooked. If the cookware is
overheated, let it cool down naturally
and do not use cold water to that end.
To restore the original cookware color,
use special products for stainless
steel, strictly following the product
usage instruction.
When using cookware on a gas
cooker, make sure that the ame
warms up only its bottom and not the
outer walls and handles.
Staining on the inner and outer
cookware surfaces together with
handles deformation due to the use
on a gas cooker is not a warranty case.
