Health and Safety
Before using the product and/or accessories, carefully
read this manual and any manuals for compatible
hardware. Retain instructions for future use. Parents or
guardians of children should read this manual for safe use.
Observe all warnings, precautions and instructions.
WARNING
RADIO WAVES
Observe all signs and instructions that require an electrical
device or radio product to be switched o in designated
areas, such as gas/refueling stations, hospitals, blasting
areas, potentially explosive atmospheres or aircraft.
MAGNETS AND DEVICES
This product has magnets which may interfere with
pacemakers, defibrillators and programmable shunt valves
or other medical devices. Do not place this product close
to such medical devices or persons who use such medical
devices. Consult your doctor before using this product
if you use such medical devices.
VOLUME LEVEL
WARNING To prevent possible hearing damage,
do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
Permanent hearing loss may occur if the product is used
at high volume. Set the volume to a safe level. Over time,
increasingly loud audio may start to sound normal but can
actually be damaging your hearing. If you experience
ringing or any discomfort in your ears or mued speech,
stop listening and have your hearing checked. The louder
the volume, the sooner your hearing could be aected.
To protect your hearing:
– Limit the amount of time you use the product
at high volume.
– Avoid raising the volume to block out noisy
surroundings.
– Lower the volume if you can’t hear people speaking
near you.
LITHIUM-ION BATTERY
Do not handle damaged or leaking lithium-ion batteries.
If the material comes into contact with the skin, eyes or
clothes, immediately rinse the aected area with clean
water and consult your doctor. The battery used in this
device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if
mistreated. Do not leave the battery charging for a
prolonged period of time when the product is not in use.
YOUNG CHILDREN INJURIES
CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Keep the product and
accessories out of the reach of young children.
Young children may swallow small parts or may wrap the
cable around themselves, which may inflict injury.
DISCOMFORT TO YOUR SKIN
If you feel that the product is irritating your skin, stop using
it immediately.
