Risk of damage
Improper handling of the device may damage it.
• Place the device on an easily accessible, level, and dry surface.
• Keep the device and all its accessories away from hot surfaces and open flames.
• Be careful not to drop the device. If this does happen, do not use it anymore; instead,
contact our customer service team. The floss tip must be replaced, even if no damage is
visible.
• The device shall only be used with cold or warm water (below 40 °C), diluted Ordo
mouthwash, or other dental professional recommended solutions. Do not use pure
mouthwash with the device, only diluted mouthwash is permitted. After using diluted
mouthwash, run a full tank of clean water through the device to clean it.
• Do not use iodine, salt solution or water insoluble concentrated essential oils in the device.
Use of these can reduce device performance and will shorten the life of the device.
• Do not use the device while it is immersed in water.
• Charge the device in an upright position and with the water tank attached.
• While the water tank is safe to clean in a dishwasher, do not clean any other part of the
device in a dishwasher.
• To prevent scratching the main body of the device, use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
• The device should only be cleaned with clean water. Do not use abrasive or solvent-based
cleaning products.
• If you will not use the device for a long time, empty the water tank, clean and dry all parts,
and store in a cool and dry place.
• Do not use the USB cable with any other device, as this may cause damage.
