How to assemble the shortbread biscuit attachment

1. Insert the screw conveyor

into the housing

2. Place the base plate

onto the screw conveyor so that the lower, outer

edge faces outwards and the protruding part engages with the shortbread

biscuit attachment

How to use the shortbread biscuit attachment

1. Loosen the locking screw and remove the cap (see ﬁg.

2. With the shortbread biscuit attachment ﬁxed, insert the meat grinder into

the accessories coupler and tighten the locking screw (see ﬁg.
