1 Open the

Galaxy Wearable

app on your phone and tap

Band settings

→

Safety and

emergency

2 Tap

Emergency SOS

and tap the switch to turn it on.

To delay instantly sending an SOS request and give yourself time to cancel it, tap the

Countdown

switch to turn it on.

Sending an SOS request

In an emergency, press the Fit’s Home button five times.

At the end of the countdown, an emergency call will be placed and an SOS message that

includes your current location will be sent automatically to your emergency contacts.

To manually send an SOS request, drag

outside the larger circle on the SOS request

screen.

The emergency call may not connect depending on the software version of

the connected phone. However, an SOS message that includes your location

information is sent regardless of the software on the connected phone.
