USING YOUR MIXER

 The device is designed for mixing dough, whipping cream, making sauces, purees, and mixing

various ingredients.

 Push the beaters into slots, slightly turning until it locks into proper position.

 CAUTION: Please double-check that hook with border is attached to the right slot, and hook

without border is attached to the left slot. The right slot is on the right side when you hold the

mixer with hooks for yourself.

 Immerse the beaters into the products mixture.

 Plug the mixer into the wall socket.

 Slide the speed control switch to the desired speed.

 When the desired consistency is reached, slide the speed control switch to “0” position. Wait

until the beaters stop and unplug the mixer.

 Press the beaters release button and remove the beaters.

 Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.* Remove the attachments only when the

speed switch is in the "0" position.

 Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

MIXING GUIDE

 Set the speed depending on type of food. Always start to work at low speed, and then

gradually increase it. As the mixture becomes thicker, increase power by switching to a higher

speed.
