recommends that genuine Toyota par ts or ac ces sori es, be us ed to

also be used. Toyota cannot ac cept any liability or guarantee s pare

parts and acces sori es whic h are not genuine Toyota pr oducts , nor for

replac ement or inst allati on i nvolv ing suc h par ts. In additi on, damage

or perfor mance problems r esult ing from t he us e of non−genuine

Toyota spare part s or access ories may not be covered under

warrant y.

Installation of an RF−transmitter system

As the i nstall ation of an RF−transmitter system in your vehicle could

affect electronic systems such as the electronically controlled fuel

pump, electr onic engine control system, anti−lock brake system, SRS

airbag system and seat belt pretensioner system, be sure to check

with any author ized Toy ota deal er or repai rer, or another duly quali-

fied and equipped profess ional, f or precaut ionary meas ures or s pecial

inst ruct ions r egarding i nstal lati on.

posit ions and i nstal lati on provi sions for the ins tall ation of RF −trans-

mitt ers, i s avai lable on reques t at any aut horiz ed Toyota dealer or
