HP 1D is designed to be bridge-connected to another HP 1D for the power to increase than the
nominal datum of a single amplifier. The amplifiers must be identified as Master and Slave and
configured accordingly. The Master amplifier inputs the signal from the head unit and its controls
turn into the main controls to drive the Slave amplifier, too. Level, Electronic Crossover, Subsonic
Filter, Phase Control, HP RVC, Preamplified Output and 50Hz Bass Boost will be active on the
Master and deactivated on the Slave. Connect the two amplifiers as shown, using a mono RCA
cable not longer than 50 cm.
HP LINK 2 (HP 1KD)
HP 1KD is designed to be bridge-connected to another HP 1KD in order to achieve a devastating
power, triple than the nominal datum of a single amplifier. The amplifiers must be identified as
Master and Slave and configured accordingly. The Master amplifier inputs the signal from the
head unit and its controls turn into the main controls to drive the Slave amplifier, too. Level,
Electronic Crossover, Subsonic Filter, Phase Control, RVC, RBC and Preamplified Output will be
active on the Master and deactivated on the Slave. Connect the two amplifiers as shown, using
the HP LINK 2 cable supplied.
