IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance.

Save the instruction manual as you may require it in future.

The device is designed for hair cutting, as well as for modeling hair.

The device is intended for use only for domestic purposes in accordance with this Instruction Manual.

Important! The device purchased in the cold season, in order to avoid failure, before switching on the

mains must be kept at least four hours at room temperature.

CAUTION

• Hair-clippers are supplied to the sales network with a partially charged battery.

• Charge the battery before use.

• Further charging of the battery should only be carried out when the cutting unit blades stop or start to move more slowly.

• The maximum capacity of the battery is reached only after several full charge-discharge cycles. Charging a partially discharged battery reduces its capacity and service life.

• Charging time is about 8 hours.

•IMPORTANT! Lubricate the blades before each haircut!

OPERATION

BEFORE OPERATION

• Remove the hair-clipper from the packaging.

• Unwind the cord completely.

• Before you start cutting, turn on the device and make sure it works smoothly, the blades move smoothly.

• Before turning on the hair clipper, lubricate the cutting blades with a few drops of oil supplied.

• If there is an excess of lubricating oil on the blades, remove it with a dry cloth.

BATTERY CHARGING

• Make sure that the operating voltage of the adapter matches the mains voltage.

• Connect the adapter to the female contact.

• Plug the adapter into an electrical outlet, and the indicator light will turn on.

• Read this manual carefully before operating the unit to avoid damage during use. Incorrect use can lead to damage to the product, cause material damage or cause

damage to the health of the user.

• Before initial start-up, check that the product speciﬁcations match the mains supply.

• The device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they

are under the control or instructed about the use of the device by the person responsible for their safety.

• Do not leave the appliance switched on unattended. Children should be supervised to prevent playing with the appliance.

• This appliance is intended for household use only. Use only for domestic purpose in accordance with this instruction manual. The device is not suitable for industrial

applications.

• Use the appliance only for its intended purpose, as described in this manual. Do not use attachments or cords from other devices. Do not use accessories that are not

included in the delivery.

• Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance is damaged or defective. Pass it to a service center.

• The appliance must be repaired only by an authorized service center. Do not repair the appliance yourself.

• Do not pull on the cord, twist or wind the cord around the appliance.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or over hot surfaces.

• Do not place or store the device in places where it may fall into the sink, etc.

• Before starting the operation, check that the blades are installed correctly.

• Do not drop the appliance. Do not insert foreign objects into the holes and grooves on the device. Do not allow foreign objects and any liquids to enter the openings on

the body of the product.

• Do not place the unit on any surface during operation, as this may result in personal injury or property damage.

• To reduce the risk of injury or electric shock:

- Turn off the device before cleaning.

- Do not store the unit where it can fall into a tub, sink or drainer.

- Do not use the appliance by taking a bath or shower in the bathrooms and near the water.

- Do not place the unit in a damp environment, water or other liquids.

- Do not touch the appliance that fell into the water. Disconnect the power supply immediately.

• To reduce the risk of electric shock and ﬁre, do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. If this happens, DO NOT take the product, immediately disconnect

it from the mains and contact the Service Center for veriﬁcation.

• Do not use the device with damaged blades - this can result in injury.

• Unplug the appliance if it is not in use, and before cleaning.

• Be extremely careful when children or disabled persons are near the appliance.

• Do not use outdoors.

• Do not use the hair-clippperfor inﬂammation of the skin.

• Do not shear animals.

When using the appliance in a bathroom it is necessary to disconnect the appliance from the mains after use, since the proximity of water is dangerous even when the

and functionality.
