When using electrical appliances, basic
precautions should always be followed,
which include the following:
1. Read all instructions before use or cleaning.

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Pull the appliance out of the package.
2. Wipe all the containers and parts with warm
moist cloth and wipe them dry.
3. Make sure the operating voltage of the
appliance corresponds to the mains voltage.
HOW TO USE FOOD DEHYDRATOR
Attention! Water or any other liquid cannot be
added into the product.
Maximum using time shall not exceed 72 hours
each time.
1. Place the drier on a steady horizontal surface.
2. Lay out the food items.
3. The sections should be positioned so that the
air can easily circulate between the sections. Do
not put too many food items in each section.
4. Cover the device with the lid. The lid should
cover the device for the whole period of
operation
5. Plug the device into the socket. Move the
power switch button to ON position. The light
indicator will turn on.
6. Set the necessary temperature using
temperature control knob.
7. After the drying of food is done adjust the
temperature control knob to the lowest position,
switch off the power and pull out the plug.
8. Wait until the food is cool, and then pack the
food.
TEMPERATURE MODES:
1. Herbs: 35-40˚C
2. Bread: 40-50˚C
3. Vegetables: 50-55˚C
4. Fruits: 55-60˚C
5. Mushrooms: 50-55˚C
DRYING TIME FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
Attention! Time of the drying process depends
on the desired result.
CLEANING AND CARE
Attention! Do not use water ow to clean the
electric heat dryer or put the electric heat dryer
in the water to clean it.
1. Unplug the dryer from the socket and let it
cool off completely.
