If a refund is requested, Monster will issue a credit back to you for the Monster® DNA Custom

Skin (excluding any shipping charges) once the returned Monster® DNA Custom Skin item has

been received and the claim is confirmed by Monster as complying with the requirements of this

Limited Warranty.

If a replacement Monster® DNA Custom Skin is requested, follow the instructions provided by

Monster customer service for returning the defective Monster® DNA Custom Skin, including

returning the custom skin accompanied by the required information such as the return

merchandise number and contact information necessary to ship the replacement Monster®

DNA Custom Skin to you such as your first and last name, physical address, email address and

any design to optimize the overall layout.

If you return an item to Monster for replacement, and that item is verified as either counterfeit or

a product not manufactured by Monster, you will be notified via e-mail or phone with instructions

for retrieving your item. You will have a maximum of three (3) business days to request that the

item be shipped back to you at your cost. This cost will be a shipping and handling fee of fifty

dollars ($50). Shipments are sent via FedEx only. If you purchased a counterfeit product with

a credit card, you may wish to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Monster

resellers, but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a

warranty from Monster. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer
