KITCHEN HOOD
Dear Buyer!
We congratulate you on having
bought the device under trade
name “Saturn”. We are sure that
our devices will become faithful
and reliable assistance in your
housekeeping.
Avoid extreme temperature
c h a n g e s . R a p i d t e m p e r a t u r e
c h a n g e ( e . g . w h e n t h e u n i t i s
moved from freezing temperature
to a warm room) may cause
c o n d e n s a t i o n i n s i d e t h e u n i t a n d a
malfunction when it is switched
on. In this case leave the unit at
r o o m t e m p e r a t u r e f o r a t l e a s t 1 . 5
hours before switching it on.
If the unit has been in transit,
leave it indoors for at least 1.5
hours before starting operation.
SAFETY MEASURES
Before installing and/or using the
kitchen hood, read all these
instructions carefully.
Before installing the hood, make sure
that the mains voltage (VI and
frequency (Hz) ratings, indicated on
the name plate (situated on the inner
side of the unit), correspond to the
mains power supply voltage and
frequency values available at the site
of installation.
The kitchen hood must be connected
to the mains voltage of 220-230 V, 50
Hz. The device should be incorporated
into a grounded outlet to avoid electric
shock.
The device is to be disconnected from
the network before cleaning or
servicing.
INSTALLATION
The hood outlet SHOULD NOT be
connected to chimney flues that are
used by other non-electric equipment
(i.e. bathroom boilers, central heating
burners, fireplaces, etc.). The hood
should be installed above the electric
stove at a distance of not less than 65
cm, above the gas stove - not less
than 75cm.
The unit complies to EMC 89/336/EEC
European standards.
