6.3 Pump Vacuum Cleaner Performance Values

UThe pump vacuum cleaner should always be higher

than the water level to guarantee correct functioning.

*Description of the pipe

with the secondary air

hole

Full vacuuming (100% water)

requires using the pipe with the secondary air hole. The

secondary air hole has to be outside of the water.

If this is not done or if the pipe is not correctly

mounted, the vacuum cleaner might vacuum more

water than the pump can pump off.

The cleaning power may be too low with secondary

air hole when vacuuming normally. In this case, tape

the secondary air hole closed or hold closed with your

finger.
