- Depending on the conditions of operation but not less than once a month clean the air

ﬁlter by blowing o the cartridge and ﬁltering element. It is recommended to replace air

ﬁlter cartridge or ﬁltering element at least once a year if the compressor is used in clean

premises and more frequently if premises are dusty. Decrease of air ﬁlter capacity

decreases the compressor service life which may result in its damage.

- Check periodically the tightness of fastening of the piston barrel and motor to the

platform and fastening of platform to the receiver.

- Check periodically the integrity and tightness of fastening of controls, control

equipment, cables and air pipelines.

- Clean periodically all outer surfaces of the compressor and electric

motor for enhancement of cooling.

HYUNDAI compressors undergo the obligatory certiﬁcation in accordance with CE, GS.

Operation, maintenance and storage of HYUNDAI compressors should be performed in

strict correspondence with the operation manual.

All Hyundai products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship

for a period of at least 1 year from date of purchase and to the extent required by local law.

Speciﬁc products are subject to extended manufacturer warranty. Please check your

warranty card for warranty periods and conditions.

Prior to perform any works on maintenance make sure that the compressor is switched

from the power source. Perform regularly maintenance procedures described in the

operation manual.

Concerning the performance of other works please contact the authorized service centre.

We recommend you to use only original spare parts.

In order that the unit operates reliably tighten all nuts, bolts and screws securely against

the stop.

For reasons of safety replace worn or damaged parts timely.

After each use remove dirt from the compressor. Use damp cloth for cleaning the body.

Do not use solvents or sharp items.

Before long-term storage to avoid corrosion apply grease to all the metal parts.
