Choose a cooking program

RICE program

1. Measure the rice with a measuring

cup that comes with the device. Rinse

the rice under running water in another

bowl. Do not rinse grain in a bowl of the

multi-cooker so that not to damage the

coating.

Maximum capacity of the measuring

cup is 180ml. The maximum quantity

of rice -10 cups.

Put the rice in a bowl of the multi-

cooker.

2. Pour the water into the bowl. The

recommended ratio of rice and water –

1:1.

Before use, wipe dry the outer surface,

especially the bottom of the bowl. Place

the bowl into the multi-cooker. Slightly

turning it counterclockwise, make sure

the bowl is tightly in contact with the

heating element. Close the cover until

it clicks, if the lid is not closed tightly,

the program will not work correctly.

Make sure the water is not too much

because it can flow over the edge of the

bowl. Lack of water can cause the rice

being undercooked and hard.

3. Plug the cord into the socket on the

device and connect it to the mains.

Press MENU key and select the

program RICE.

The cooking time is 50 minutes and

cannot be changed.

4. Press the START key. The START

indicator lights up when the cooking

process starts. At the end of the

cooking process you hear a beep and

the multi-cooker automatically

switches to the keep warm mode. If

you want to stop heating, press the

Reheat/Cancel key.

This program can be used not only for

cooking rice, but some other grain,

such as buckwheat, barley, etc. Before

cooking rinse and soak barley in cold

water for 3-6 hours.

SOUP program

1. Put the required ingredients in the

bowl.

2. Pour the necessary amount of water.

The maximum amount of water - 15

cups.

3. Press the MODE key, select the

SOUP program. The default cooking

time is 1 hour. You can change the

cooking time. Press the HOUR key,

then + or – key to increase or decrease

the cooking time. You can adjust not

only hours but minutes. Press the

MINUTE key, then + or -key. The time

increments -10 minutes. You can

change the cooking time from 20

minutes to 2 hours.

4. Press the START key to begin

cooking. The indicator light, function

name and cooking time are on the

display.

At the end of the cooking process you

hear a beep and the multi-cooker

automatically switches to the keep

warm mode. If you want to stop

heating, press the Reheat/Cancel key.

STEAM program

1. Pour the required amount of water

into the bowl.

2. Place the steamer in the bowl. Put

the food into the steamer and place the

bowl into the multi-cooker.

3. Press the MODE key to select the

STEAM program.

The default time -10 minutes.

The cooking time can be increased or

decreased in the range from 5 to 50

minutes after the water starts boiling.

Cooking time is limited by the amount

of water in the bowl.

Press the MINUTE key, then + or - key

to set the desired cooking time with

increments of 5 minutes.

4. Press the START key to begin

cooking.

At the end of the cooking process you

hear a beep and the multi-cooker

automatically switches to the keep

warm mode. If you want to stop

heating, press the Reheat/Cancel key.

STEW program

1. Put all the ingredients and spices in

the bowl, add a small amount of water.

Place the bowl into the multi-cooker.

2. Close the lid until it clicks.

3. Press the MODE key to select the

STEW program.

The default cooking time - 1 hour.

Possible range of time - from 20

minutes to 12 hours.

Press the HOUR key, then + or – key

to increase or decrease the cooking

time. You can adjust not only hours,

but minutes. For that press the MINUTE

key, then + or – key. Increments are

10 minutes.

4. Press the START key to begin

cooking. The indicator light, function

name and cooking time are on the

display.

At the end of the cooking process you

hear a beep and the multi-cooker

automatically switches to the keep

warm mode. If you want to stop

heating, press the Reheat/Cancel key.

CAKE program

1. Make the dough for baking. Grease

the bowl with fat so that it would be

easier to take the baked product out of

the bowl. Put the dough in the bowl and

flatten it. The dough should be below

the MAX mark.

2. Place the bowl into the multi-cooker,

close the lid until it clicks. Plug the

power cord into the socket of the

device and then to the mains.

3. Press the MODE key and select the

CAKE program.

4. Press the START key to begin

cooking. The indicator light, function

name and cooking time are on the

display.

The default cooking time is 50 minutes

without the possibility to change it.

At the end of the cooking process you

hear a beep.

The baked product should be removed

from the bowl within 2-3 minutes after

the program finished.

CRUST program

This program is intended for cooking

various kinds of casseroles, lasagna

and grilled meat, poultry dishes with a

crispy crust.

1. Put some oil into the bowl. Put the

ingredients according to the selected

recipe.

2. Place the bowl into the multi-cooker,

close the lid until it clicks. Plug the

power cord into the socket of the

device and then into the mains.

3. Press the MENU key, select the

CRUST program. The default time - 1

hour. Time can be increased or

decreased in the range of 20 minutes

to 2 hours.

Press the HOUR key, then + or – key

to set the desired cooking time with

increments of 1 hour. Press MINUTE

key, then + or – key to set the desired

cooking time with increments of 10

minutes.

4. Press the START key to begin

cooking. The indicator light, function

name and cooking time are on the

display.

At the end of the cooking process you

hear a beep and the multi-cooker

automatically switches to the keep
