Beat egg with sugar, add melted but-

ter, then alternately milk and flour.

Leave the batter for 10-15 minutes.

Grease the waffle maker with vegeta-

ble oil. Heat the waffle maker. Fill the

lower heating surface with batter.

Bake until cooked.

Buttermilk pancakes with bananas in

caramel sauce

Ingredients:

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 150 г

Salt – a pinch

Buttermilk - 500 ml

Flour - 350 g

Baking soda - ½ tsp.

Bananas - 2 pcs.

Butter - 70 g

Cooking method:

Pancakes:

1. Whisk the eggs with 100 g of sugar.

Add buttermilk and salt, and continue

stirring.

2. Add flour, soda and knead a ho-

mogenous dough.

3. Heat the waffle maker. Fill the low-

er heating surface with batter. Bake

until cooked.

Sauce:

Melt the butter with the remaining

sugar on a heated frying pan. Cut ba-

nanas into large rings and slightly fry

them in the caramel sauce.

MAINTENANCE

This appliance requires little mainte-

nance. It contains no user serviceable

parts. Do not try to repair it yourself.

Refer it to qualified personnel if servic-

ing needed.

CLEANING

• Always unplug this sandwich maker

from power source and wait until it

cool down before cleaning.

• There is no need to take your sand-

wich maker apart for cleaning. Dry

with a paper towel to absorb excess

oil. Brush crumbs from the grooves,

and wipe with damp cloth and mild

soap.

• Never immerse in water. Avoid using

scratching or sharp utensils, as they

will scratch the non-stick surface.

• Do not use cleansers or oven clean-

ers on the heating plates.

• To clean handles and other parts,

use a damp cloth with mild soap.

• Should any filling be difficult to re-

move, pour a little cooking oil onto the

plate and wipe off after 5 minutes,

when the filling has softened.
