IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

 Please read these operating instructions carefully before connecting your kettle to the power supply, in order to

avoid damage due to incorrect use.

 Before switching on the appliance for the first time please check if the technical specifications indicated on the unit

socket immediately and have the unit checked by an expert before using it again.

 Do not operate the appliance if the cord or the plug is damaged or if the appliance has been otherwise damaged.

In such cases take the appliance to a qualified specialist for check and repair if necessary.

 Ensure that the cord does not hang over sharp edges and keep it away from hot surfaces.

 To disconnect the appliance from the power supply pull it out by the plug only, not by the cord.

 Place the appliance on a dry stable surface, away from sources of heat (e.g. hotplates); do not place it under

curtains and shelves.

 Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use.

 This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction

such changes influence significantly the product safety, performance, and functions.

 Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the appliance. Repair the malfunctioning appliance in the

nearest service center.

 Production date mentioned on the unit and/or on the packing materials and documentations.

YOGHURT MAKING

 Before the first use please wipe the housing with a damp cloth.

 Put the yogurt maker on a stable, horizontal surface. The item is ready for operation.

 To prepare yogurt in the milk package, use the package volume of 1 L or 0.5 L. The width and the length of

package must not exceed 8,3 * 8,3 cm

 Open the package and cut off 3-4cm of upper part of the package to remove the plastic cover.

also use yogurt from the previous batch as yeast for the next batch of homemade yogurt.

 NOTE: During the cooking, condensation may appear.

 This appliance can also be used for making other fermented products.

PROGRAM SETUP

After the appliance pluged into electric outlet, the display will show the preset program R-1.

 Chose one of the programs Р-1/Р-2/Р-3/Р-4/Р-5/Р-6/Р-7 with help of buttons «+» or «-».

There are time and temperature characteristics for each program in the below table.

 After chosing of the program press the button , the appliance will start working. The countdown will start.

 After finishing of the program the timer will show «00», and the light indicator will switch off automatically.

 If you need to stop the program before its finishing – press the button within 2 seconds. The light indicator

will go out. The display will start flashing.
