Special safeguards

• Avoid penetrating water or other liquids into the scale as it

can damage the appliance.

• Wet surface of the scale may be slippery. Wipe the scale

with dry clothes before using.

• When storing for a long time, remove batteries from the

battery compartment.

• Treat the scale carefully as it is a measuring tool. Do not

drop the scale and do not exceed the scale’s maximum ca-

pacity.

• In case the battery is low the display will show LO. Remove

the exhausted battery and replace it.

• Do not weigh objects exceeding 5 kg in weight to avoid

damaging.

• When EEEEE is displayed, the scale is indicating that the

load exceeding 5 kg in weight. Promptly remove the excess

from the scale to prevent damaging.

• Installation of this appliance is not provided, since it is de-

livered ready for service.

• The special transportation regulations do not apply to this

appliance. When transporting the unit, use the original pack-

aging. When transporting, avoid drops, shocks and other me-

chanical effects on the appliance, as well as direct inuence

of rain and aggressive medium.

• The appliance sale has to be carried out in accordance with

the current legislation of the participating countries of the Cus-

toms Union.
