u Never service damaged battery packs. Ser-

vice of battery packs should only be performed

by the manufacturer or authorized service pro-

viders.

Protect the battery against heat, e.g.

against continuous intense sunlight,

fire, dirt, water and moisture. There

is a risk of explosion and short-circuit-

ing.

u Only operate and store the battery at an am-

bient temperature between -20°Cand

+50°C. Do not leave the battery in your car in

the summer, for example. At temperatures of

<0°C some devices may experience a loss of

power.

u Only charge the battery at an ambient tem-

perature which is between 0°C and +45°C.

Only charge the rechargeable battery with a

USB cable at an ambient temperature which

is between +10°C and +35°C. Charging out-

side of this temperature range can increase the

risk of damage to the battery and pose a fire

hazard.
