cloth moistened with warm water
and thoroughly wipe with dry cloth
thereafter.
2. Stand the appliance on a flat, stable
and dry surface which is resistant
to high temperatures.
NOTE! The working surfaces of the wafflemaker are heated up to extremely high temperatures! Touch the hold-
ers only!
NOTE! When the waffle maker is turned on for the first time, it may release some smoke. This will pass in a few
minutes of heating. The first waffles made with the brand-new waffle maker are not recommended for eating.
USE OF THE WAFFLEMAKER
NOTE! When opening the cover, proceed carefully owing to hot damp from the area under the heating panels!
1. Oil the heating plates (5) with butter, margarine or other fat.
2. Insert the plug into the socket – red caution lamp (power supply) (1) and green caution lamp
(thermostat) (2) will go on. Close the cover of the appliance (3).
3. Prepare the dough for waffles.
4. When the green indicator lamp (2) will go off , open the cover by pulling the latch (4) and
carefully pour the dough for waffles on the heating panels. Gently close the cover and clamp
with clip (4). Make sure the amount of dough is correct. Too much dough may flow out of the
appliance causing impurities.
5. When checking the condition of waffles in course of their roasting, open the cover carefully
owing to hot damp escaping from the both sides of the roaster!
6. Open the cover and remove roasted waffles using wooden or plastic spatula.
7. Before preparation of the next waffles, always close the cover in order to maintain required
temperature. The green caution lamp (thermostat) will go on and off in course of roasting
to indicate that required temperature is maintained.
