WHISK-PowerGear 1500 XL Pro

The whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing dough for sponge

cakes and ready mix desserts.

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk coupling unit.

2. Connect the coupling unit to the main body and turn it clockwise until it locks.

3. Press the power button to turn the hand blender on and press the turbo button after

approximately 30 seconds in order to prevent ingredients from splashing.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the blender from the power supply and detach its accessories before cleaning or

storing it.

• Wipe the main body, the chopper cover and the whisk coupling unit with a wet cloth; do

not immerse them in water.

• If food is not easily rinsed off the blade or whisk, pour water and a drop of dish soap

in the beaker or the chopper bowl, plug in the blender, immerse the XL blending arm or

the whisk and press the power button for about 10 seconds. Unplug, rinse under running

water, and dry thoroughly.

• Store the blender in a clean, dry place when not in use. Make sure the appliance is clean

and dry and unplugged from the power supply.

WARNING: the cutting edges of the blades are very sharp, clean them carefully.
