tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool
repaired before use. Many accidents are caused
by poorly maintained power tools.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edg-

Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc.
in accordance with these instructions, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to
be performed. Use of the power tool for opera-

a hazardous situation.
Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualied repair
person using only identical replacement parts. This
will ensure that the safety of the power tool is main-

BEFORE USE
Installation of sanding belt
ATTENTION! Always unplug the machines power
cord from the electrical outlet when for a long time
you do not work with this tool before replacing
sanding belt as well as before cleaning, setting up
or repairing tool.
ATTENTION! Before installing a new sanding belt,
you must clean the sanding pad and rollers from
dust and dirt.
• Pull the belt tension lever (8). Be careful, because
lever in The tensioned position may slip back to the
closed position. Pull lever until it is locked.
Take a sanding belt of the required size and grit.
With using the arrows on the inside of the sanding
belt, determine the direction of its movement.
• Put on the sanding belt, taking into account the
direction of its movement on leading and driven
rollers by holding it from the outside of the bottom
plate grinding machine.
• Ensure that the sanding belt is centered on the
bottom plate, and that the arrows correspond to
the direction of movement of the tape. Let goten-
sion lever.
NOTE: Be careful, because the position of the ten-
sion lever depends from spring tension. Make sure
that the tension lever is fully lowered.
Adjusting the position of the sanding belt.
Turn on the sander and let the machine run for
7-10 seconds. idle.
Turn the tool over with the grinding belt. Rotating
adjusting screw (6) left or right, adjust tape position
so that its edges protrude at 1-3mm beyond the
outer edges of both rollers.
ATTENTION! If the sanding belt during tool opera-
tion will being too close to the inside (base of the
rollers), this may cause wear, torn edges of the tape
and damage sanding machine.
Installing a dust collector
This machine is equipped with a outlet for dust (5)
and is completed cartridge dust collector. It is rec-
ommended to use this feature each when working
with the instrument, as well as wearing a respirator
and goggles.
Install a dust cartridge on the dust outlet or Con-
nect the nozzle with a special vacuum cleaner.
ATTENTION! It is necessary to regularly clean the
cartridge dust collector. Be extremely careful when
removing dust some materials in dusty form can be
explosive.
Mixtures of dust and oil or water may ignite over
time. Not overow the cartridge; remove dust from
the cartridge when it turns out to be about 2/3 full.
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR SANDER
Use the machine only for dry sanding. Penetration
of water into the machine increases the risk of an
electric shock.
Caution, re hazard! Avoid overheating the ob-
ject being sanded as well as the sander. Always
empty the dust collector before taking breaks. In
unfavourable conditions, e. g., when sparks emit
from sanding metals, sanding debris in the dust
bag, micro lter or paper sack (or in the lter sack
or lter of the vacuum cleaner) can self-ignite. Par-
ticularly when mixed with remainders of varnish,
polyurethane or other chemical materials and
when the sanding debris is hot after long periods
of working.
Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with
clamping devices or in a vice is held more secure
than by hand.
Keep your workplace clean. Blends of materials
are particularly dangerous. Dust from light alloys
can burn or explode.
