Problem Cause Remedy

Signal light „B“ is not on,

although the knob is set to

position

The intensive freezing

function is complete.

However, after the

function is complete,

it is normal that the

knob remains in the

position.

Rotate the knob to desired

setting.

Excessive formation of frost in

the appliance interior.

Freezer chest opened too long or too frequently.

Too large quantity of insufficiently cooled food.

The lid does not close

properly.

Make sure you have

removed the plastic

spacers and that the

objects in the freezer chest

(packages of food etc.) do

not obstruct the closing of

the lid.

Signal light (C) is on/is

flashing.

The appliance has not reached the set temperature

yet.

increase the temperature in the freezer chest interior.

The light will go off when the food cools down to the

set temperature.

• A long power supply failure.

• Lid opened too frequently or too long.

Appliance sides are warm. • This is normal. There are pipes and tubes installed

in the appliance sides, which tend to heat up during
