Set the number of the feeding line after BM is searched. 4byte date after ‘F’
has no meaning. The number of feeding will be set by using nL, and nH
as follows.
The number of feeding = (m * 256) + n
For example, if feeding value is 280, nH = 1 and nL = 24.
CMP-20 do not support this command.

Defines a downloaded bit image with the number of dots specified by x and y.
x x indicates the number of dots in the horizontal direction.
x y indicates the number of dots in the vertical direction.
[Details]
x The number of dots in the horizontal direction is x x 8, in the vertical direction
it is y

x y is out of the specified range, this command is disabled.
x The d indicates bit-image data. Data (d) specifies a bit printed to 1 and not
printed to 0.
x The downloaded bit image definition is cleared when:
ESC@ is executed.
