Chapter 6

RECIPES

1. MULTIGRAIN

Rice

- 1 measuring cup white rice

- 2 measuring cups water

- 30g butter

- Salt and other spices as per your choice

Wash the rice and put it evenly into the jug. Add water, butter and salt and spices above. Close the lid

and select the Multigrain program. Press Start.

2. MILK PORRIDGE

Oatmeal with sultana

- 200g oatmeal

- 200ml milk

- 200ml water

- 30g sultana

- 30g butter

- Sugar and salt as per your choice

Place oatmeal evenly into the jug, than add all the rest ingredients. Close the lid and select the Milk

Porridge program. Press Start. While serving you could add jam, fresh berries or powdered sugar on

the top of each plate.

3. SAUCE

Cranberry sauce.

- 500g cranberry

- 150 ml white wine

- 100g granulated sugar

- 30ml lemon juice

Wash the cranberries in cool water. Place cranberries evenly in the jug.

Add sugar evenly over cranberries. Add white wine and lemon juice. Close the lid and select the Sauce

program. Press Start.

4. SMOOTH SOUP

Broccoli Soup with Stilton cheese.
