Use of cutting discs with different bore diameters
(see g. 7)
If during installation of the cutting disc 10 it is
detected that its bore diameter does not correspond
with external diameter of the tting bush 19, it is
necessary to mount tting bush 19 of appropriate
size� For this purpose, take out a locking rubber
ring 27 and mount the tting bush 19 with the
required external diameter. Fix the tting bush 19
on the spindle 28 with the help of the locking rubber
ring 27 (see g. 7).
Initial operating
of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identication plate.
Switching the power
tool on / off
Switching on:
In order to switch on the power tool, push lock-off
button 5 and while holding it in position, push switch
button 6�
Switching off:
In order to switch off the power tool, release switch
button 6�

Recommendations
on the power tool operation
Place the power tool on the worktable� It's
recommended to x power tool with cramps (see
g. 8).
• If required, adjust the clamping device for cutting
a workpiece with required width and set the needed
cutting angle (the order of operations is described
above)�
• Lift the tiltable lever 16 and move the lead screw 15
until its rotary stop 14 touches the workpiece (see
g. 9).
• Lower the tiltable lever 16 and turn the clamping
handle 17 to x the workpiece (see g. 9). Avoid
misalignment or skew of the workpiece�
• Turn on the power tool, allow cutting disc 10 to reach
the full rotation speed�
• Smoothly pull the body down and make the cut�
• Do not overload the power tool (especially when
cutting metal proles, panel constructions, etc.) as it
will overload the motor and may damage the cutting
disc� There must be enough time for the power tool to
carry out the operation�
• Turn off the power tool and wait until cutting disc 10
stops completely�
• Lift the power tool body up smoothly�
• To remove the workpiece, lift the tiltable lever 16
and move the lead screw 15 back�

Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term
exploitation of the power tool is to keep it clean� During
the long treatment of metal, current-conducting dust
can be accumulated inside the power tool� Regularly
ush the power tool with compressed air thought the
ventilation slots 1�
